Sales and Service
Our sales and service teams are available to take care of our customers’ needs throughout the life of each bus from design to retirement. We stay busy working closely with customers to design the bus that best fits their needs, restoring damaged buses, and supplying replacement parts.
We regularly install custom features on our buses, refurbish old buses, and repair buses that have been in collisions. All the technicians at our service center are long-term factory employees who were promoted because of their advanced skill sets. Since our buses are factory-direct, the same people who build our buses handle refurbishing, restorations, and repairs.
Our parts department is on standby to pick orders and ship standard parts out for free on the same day for all orders placed before 2:30 p.m. EST.
As President of Sales, Scott Reston works directly with our customers to guide them through the buying process and design the perfect bus that fits their budget and transportation needs.
Merl Kennerson is Coach & Equipment’s Parts Manager. With an extensive background in parts sales for Simmons-Rockwell Chevrolet, he was instrumental in designing a huge, intuitive parts website for buses and other vehicles that customers find easy to use. Cheryl Perez, our Office Administrator, works with the factory to get buses through production and coordinates all bus deliveries. She also provides our customers with the required documentation to get their buses on the road.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing team works hard to build the safest, longest-lasting buses in the industry so that our customers receive the highest-quality bus each and every time.
Our engineering team works with production to ensure each bus is built correctly. They also speak directly to our end-clients or other distributors as needed to explain aspects of our buses’ construction or answer any questions.
