When we say we’re the Coach family, we mean this both figuratively and literally.
Jim McMullen acquired Coach & Equipment in 1977 and continues to serve as the CEO. He works with his son Rick McMullen, who serves as the president of manufacturing, and his son-in-law Scott Reston, who serves as president of sales.
